If you follow the show timeline closely, Tanveer is barely two months pregnant. And even if she was 5-6 months pregnant, it's completely safe to have sex. But, if she Asad is drugged he won't be able to have sex. They need blood flow to a particular region which won't occur while he is drugged. So Tanveer will make it look like they did consummate using Asad's lack of memory (due to the drugging) against him, and Asad will probably believe her -_-
