Some people are suggesting Tanveer and Asad will get married ?
But what if the REAL Tanveer comes back before the 10 days

It is the real Tanveer. Razia hired her because she knew she was Asad's childhood friend. Not something you can really fake. But she just changed from the sweet innocent girl that he knew her to be 20 years ago.
