Well if they are doing it to buy time it could potentially end up being disastrous for them. The audience is already hyper invested in AsYa and they haven't truly spent a "romantic" moment together...if they give us some great scenes and then turn the story to ZoYaan...the audience will most definitely revolt and so far Gul hasn't ever gone down the Ekta Kapoor route 🤢

btw do we know for sure that the zee synop is right? there are a lot of loopholes there even if we switch the names around.

There are always people who ship the strangest things and if he's hotter than Rishabh ( which shouldn't be too hard, oops 😃) then there will be some Zoyaan shippers. I saw a Zoyaan shipper on tumblr once and I actually gasped.😆
