there was no, Qazi, no Wali, no two witnesses, no consent of bride and groom..

just bcoz Ayaan-Humaira don't have any proof that they have been tricked into signing a marriage contract, their marriage can not be automatically legal and legitimate.. there is no concept of forced/fraud marriage in Islam.

For religious standpoint it isnt legal.. but from LEGAL standpoint it is nah? i doubt India bases weddings on seperate religions. I think it follows PAPERWORK.. as every other country. LEGALLY i dont think it matters what religion you are and what way you got married, if its on paper the country recognizes that the two individuals are married, i think. 🤔

but in any case.. even paper-wise.. we still have yet to see if Raazia filed the papers or not.. badi bee may get to them before she does.
