She new Zoya's mom was there and her daughter yani zoya her mom must have passed away right n front of her eyes 😭 and up untill nw Razia is blackmailing Rashid making him believe that he is to blame for the tragedy,where as he had no idea there was anyone in the building at that time.So he has been living with all this guilt not knowing that it was razia's masterplan. It does make sense if she wanted to trap mamujaan for his money, she would have had to make sure that his family was out of the way and her scapegoat was rashid.
