Is she even aware?

Ok this is weird but does zoya even know that she was buried alive...i mean for her it was like she drank water and fainted and then opened eyes to bizzare looking asad. It is us as viewers who know what actually happened when she had fainted ...even after she woke up nobody mentioned to her tht she had been buried alive...nor did she make a point of tht out loud or in her heart/mind for us to acknowledge she knows what she went through...after she gained concious all yash/his wife (forgot her name) had said tht asad was very worried and tht his world seemed to stop...she could be thinking it was because she fainted...even after asad and zoya got bak home i think zoya was worried about if they should tell dilshad tht they were almost killed by the villagers because they were after them ..or About the fact that maryam didnt get married..but nothing abt how she was almost buried alive to death...

i was wondering the same thing. there was also a scene where both were reflecting and she was thinking about when he kissed her and was crying. and i'm like...'was she even awake for that?' i believe they want us to think that she knows. but they should state it clearly.
