1) Zoya entered Asad's room with his coffee. Unlike other times she didn't saw him standing near the window and looking at the moon or working on his laptop. Indeed he was no where to be seen. She kept his coffee on the table nearby and switched on the lights only to see what she never even dreamt of!
There he was sitting with his hand having a cut, tears flowing down from his eyes and for sure immense pain crystal clear on his face. "Kyun kiya aapne aisa..." he was again and again repeating these words and zoya dont know why felt something breaking inside her... maybe her heart?! She was attracted to him no doubt... she fell in love with him and now listening these words from his mouth to her felt like he had already been with someone who surely would have broken his heart.
She felt tears building up in her eyes. Then only Asad looked up to see her standing there with tears in his eyes. He just didn't care who the person is... he just hugged her tight thinking in any case it would lessen up his pain. The pain he had been suffering from last 17 years and which had very ruthlessly came in front of him all again!!! It took Zoya a hell lot of time to comfort him up.
"Mr. Khan are you alright?" she asked him with concern. "Ya.." he stood up and wiped his tears. Zoya noticed the wound on his palm and rushed to bring first aid box. Carefully she applied bandage over his wound when out of blue asad asked her a question. "Why do you affect me soo much Zoya?"
"Mr khan ap ye..." zoya started to speak only to be cut short by him.
"Kyun zoya... why did I felt like my life had been snatched from me the day I saw you almost dead, why those words of yash didn't leave taunting me every time... why can't I stop thinking about you... why zoya? WHY?!"
Zoya felt her lips forming a thing wide line... she was smiling listening to these things... she knew what it is and what surely it will lead them too...
She hugged him tight and blurted it out... "I love you asad..." leaving him in a shock!
"You... what?" asked asad out of shock!
"Asad why are you behaving like this? What's wrong tell me please..." zoya spoke out.
"What's the case in telling when you already knew it zoya?" he spoke staring at the mirror infront which had been broken up by him.
"Uh- I should leave" spoke out zoya feeling the awkwardness of the situation.
"Don't ever leave me zoya... I won't be able to handle it..." he spoke out as tears flowed down from his eyes.
