Hmm... yes, Asad and Zoya are similar to Arnav and Khushi and in the same way Arnav and Khushi were similar to Maan and Geet. Although at a glance, these characters seem similar, but when viewed closely, they have some differences that give them their individual feel.

IPKKND was a re- packaged Geet ..so those two shows had similarities, in story and presentation with obviously, many differences.. ..as far as QH is concerned ...IT'S DIFFERENT ...if u like it then watch it ..else suit urself and skip...period

Well all 4 lions leading couples are inspired by Mills and Boons leads , so similarity is obvious. I saw the soap you mentioned and it was my first serial and loved it to death. I love QH also and incidentally it's my second .
Like the leads here as well. To be honest the previous show was my first so may be I loved it more , but Asya is wonderful as well. Love both couples.
