The only word that could describe today's episode is DELUSION. To most it appears as the reality or as the truth, for others it's just a curtain that has to be raised, to reach the reality.
Zoya, is being her delusional self while ignoring the growing desire to see and spend time with Asad, Humaira is living in her own bubble and Razia is only making things difficult for not only her daughter but also for the Khan Household by believing in her delusional thoughts.
Love is the delusion that one woman differs from the other.

Zoya and Humaira are both in love apparently and have their own ways to believe or not believe in it. While Zoya chooses the the path to ignore, Humaira wishes to believe in her love and is being delusional about the fact that Ayaan does not love her.
What will happen when the delusional dreams are broken? Will the two ladies embrace the reality gracefully or withdraw in a shell, wishing to go back to their dreams? Will Zoya acknowledge her love for ASad and will Humaira accept Ayaan's friendship and not love?
