For the sake of my parent's happiness I can think of saying yes for a while but then Allah has given me full right to say yes or no for a marriage,so I would have said no like Zoya.
I can't ruin my whole life and live in hell for saving the respect of my parents no matter how much I love and respect them.
But yes unlike Zoya I would not have blasted the bomb at the nth moment.I would have denied the moment I come to know about my wedding.And even after my denial if my parents would have forced me then I would have said no on the D-day for sure.
The question Qubool hai is asked for the very same reason in Islamic weddings as shown in the show.Acceptance of wedding from both girl and boy's heart is necessary and that is why a last chance is given to them to oppose their marriage in the presence of Qazi if the marriage is not acceptable to either of the 2 people.
According to Islam, the people who force their children to marry would be questioned and punished in their after lives for getting married their son/daughter without latter's wishes.
So I would say No to this marriage like Zoya..
