I agree with the above prediction but have a slight twist to it, so Ayesha finds Pankhudi and realises that she is in a real bad state after the accident and to prove to Avantika that she truly loves Adi she does the ultimate sacrifice for Pankhu by doing a face transplant or organ transplant (more likely its a face transplant as Dr Rustam said after landslide her face had been disfigured) but during the op. she dies and Pankhu survives, Ayesha becomes a symbol of love for them like an angel😊

But how can it be A, that one seems the most illogical. Poonam is a doctor and there's no way Pankhuri could have become a doctor in that short amount of time and even if she did then there's the problem with her face, how can you justify her changing her face to look like Pankhuri without any medical reason to get a surgery done again but then everything about this track has been illogical so I wouldn't even be surprised if they suddenly told us Ayesha is Pankhuri.
