The current storyline of Pyar Ka Dard' features that, Ayesha (Disha Parmar) finds out about the unusual pills in Aditya's (Nakkul Mehta) cupboard.
Adi gets angry with Ayesha for setting up his cupboard but soon apologises to her.
When Ayesha hands him over the pills replaced in the new bottle, Adi loses his temper again.
Hence Ayesha digs more about the medicine.
She is taken aback when she comes to know that the pills are actually sleeping pills.
Ayesha is advised to administer small doses of sleeping pills to Adi by Dr. Rustom.
Also Dr. asks her to divert Adi's mind from things that may traumatize or upset him.
Ayesha gives the medicine to Adi but she cautions him about Avantika (Manasi Salvi) and other family members.
Sheela (Sonali Naik) sees Ayesha adding some pills to Adi's milk and asks her about it.
Ayesha gives her some excuse.
Harish (Nitesh Pandey) and Ayesha, team up to play a game along with Adi, to keep his mind busy and away for depressive feelings.
On the other hand, a rift takes place between Rubel (Khushwant Walia) and Payal (Monica Khanna), when Rubel comes to know about payal's designer clothes purchase for the fashion show.
Rubel indicates that he won't pardon her this time.
