Episode begins with Chachi telling Manik that Adi being in Lawyer's office means that he suspects them and is pretty close to the truth. They need to take immediate steps to remove him from their path.
At the Kumar's Adi is telling the Kumars that he's worried about the Projet not going to Rubel and it can have bad repercussions. Adi says that Rubel totally deserved the project and he was excited about it and looking forward to it. Harish says that this will demoralize Rubel further because nobody trusted him in the past and now also he's not getting any encouragement. Pankhuri with all her detectivegiri experience says that probably Rubel was not given the project because of Manik's influence. Avantika gets all charged up and says she wants to confront Manik right away. harish stops her calling her "Brigadier Kumar"
In Dewan mansion Sheela is shouting at Anuj for sidelining Rubel once again. Anuj does not give Sheela any reason for his sudden change of decision. (The least he could've said is that he didn't give the project because he felt Rubel needs to spend more time with Latika after her miscarriage - that's how Manik convinced him). Rubel is sitting quietly and not saying anything. Anuj praises Rubel for him maturity and says that this proves that Rubel has changed a lot since he didn't create any scene after being bypassed like this. Rubel simply walks out. Chachi is watching all this and gets worried that the way Rubel is not reacting, they'll not be able to instigate him.
Int heir room Latika is trying to instigate Rubel about how he's losing everything and he is again not responding. Manik and Chachi also come there. Manik says that he's surprised that despite his advice Anuj took this decision. Chahci says that she's only asking Rubel to stand up for what he deserves. Rubel gets angry with all of them and says that he doesn't want anyone's advice on this issue. Latika throws a final barb that she's saying this not for any property or money but for his own self-respect.
In the office Preeti and Sameer have yet another argument about Kailash. Sameer accuses Preeti of hiding things from him. Preeti says that how can she share anything with him because he's the one who is not talking to her. Finally Sameer leaves alone and Preeti says that she would be working late.
Adi and the Kumar's are having dinner and playing a game of PJs. Even Avantika joins in.
In the office someone wearing a hoodie hides a bag in a cabinet and is walking away. Preeti sees the person and calls out to him. He doesn't show his face but throws a chair at her so she cannot chase him. Preeti calls to the security and they chase the intruder who gets away.
At Kumar's Adi is about to leave when Pankhuri stops him (kya kehne tere sixth sense ke). He spends the night with her. In the morning Avantika mistakenly walks into their room and is embarrassed at seeing Adi there. Pankhuri and Adi also wake up and all are feeling awakward. Adi mumbles about having to meet the lawyer. Just then he gets a call saying that ther's a raid in the office. Avantika says that she'll also accompany him. Adi says that he can handle everything. Pankhuri does not want to let him go. There's a sad parting of hands.
At Dewan mansion Sheela is worried about Kaira's health. She asks her if she's in love with some guy or back on drugs or something - Kaira gets irritated. Just then Anuj walks in talking on phone - he's just got the news of the raid. Preeti also gets to know about the raid.
At office Adi walks in and tries to find out things. The Officers ask him if he's Mr Aditya Kumar and he should come to his cabin to answer a few questions. Just then Anuj also comes there and says that he'll talk to higher authorities. The officers say that the matter will surely go to high authorities since it involves fake currencies. They go to Aditya's office and show the bundles of 1000 and 500 rupee notes all sealed up.
Rubel walks into the room where Manik family is gathered looking rather grim. Then he smiles and says we're successful. They show flashback to the point where Latika says that sh'e asking Rubel to take a stand for his self-respect. And Rubel walks into the room and asks what he should do. Chachi tells him to hide a bag of fake currency in Adi's office. Cut to present - Rubel says that after this Adi won't have time to interfere either at home or in office.
