rubel is ignorant and stupid , Sheila knows how evil Latika is and yet she is supporting her.

Latika who had an abortion and fell on the same day and became unconcious made a miraculous recovery. Usually people who are knocked out by a fall are kept in hospital for observation.

Latika fake unconciousness. Fake doctor Kapil had it all plannned when he failed to contact the doctor who did the abortion.

Sheila has no idea that Latika had an abortion as she has joined hands with the fake family. Had she known that Latika had an abortion or that Latika did it to get the property presumably on their site she would not have never supported her ... at he expense of her promotion to dadi status.
