I mentioned in another post that it may be because she is hurt because Nanu never ever called her or saved her from being sent to a hostel.

However, I am not going to lie...the fear when I first saw it reminded me of someone who had been sexually abused and then I shook my head and said to myself...'Coffeegirl, this is an indian serial and nanaji is the good character, nothing like that can happen EVER' so i put that out of my mind,.

maybe it's a MU, she thinks Nana ji sidn't put her on the will or somthing like that. Or she can be abused by another man like Nana ji's relatuion. But is this kind of stuff is on indian show?

do you know what ... i dont know why but that came into my mind as well!

the fear she had shown and the way she was moving back just seemed very odd but Nana ji can never everrr do something like that which is why i put that out of my mind as well and i thought maybe she thinks that Nanaji was the one that wanted to send her to the hostel... or he wanted to get her married or something,, there is defo an underlying issue with Kaira which i hope will be an interesting track...

That was the same vibe I got from it! Not nanaji, but maybe someone had, her conversation with Anuj kind of increased my suspicions "If you guys had given me more attention then, things would've been different" "mujhe nahi pasand aata hai jab log mere zabardasti paas aane ki koshish karte hain" (or osmehting along those lines). Maybe that's why she's just generally uncomfortable around males...

I also think maybe she was abused at some point...and it may have been an older man. Hence the fear towards Nanaji...

Even I also thought that she had suffered some sort of assault/abuse by some man. She's certainly uncomfortable around them and did beat up some boys at school. However she wasn't warm towards her mother or Preeti either. Kaira is a very angry person for some reason we don't know as yet Going to be interesting to find out what is her story. Also thought Latika's reaction to her was interesting

Frankly difficult to say, but was it due to a relative of Sheela. Sheela & Anuj may have not paid attention. Perhaps Kaira may have retaliated in childhood. So she was forcibly packed off to boarding. Perhaps she was counting on Nanaji to come to her rescue then & he may have failed & ignored it, thereby ensuring a bitter memory in Kaira's mind
