Viewers of Star Plus' popular Rajshri Productions show, Pyaar ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara did see the entry of Kajal Pisal as the friend of Harish (Nitesh Pandey) last week. Avantika (Manasi Salvi) with a changed mind went to Harish's house to start her life all over again, and this is when she got a shock when Harish told her that he had moved on in life.
Why did Harish have to say this when we clearly know that he always wanted to have Avantika back as his wife? Well, we hear that there is a major twist coming with Harish being diagnosed with some major ailment.
Kajal Pisal who essays Dr. Shivani is actually the doctor who has been treating Harish. Initially, Avantika and others in the family will misunderstand that Harish has an affair with this new lady, and that is the reason for him to not accept Avantika in his life. However, the truth is that Harish who knows about his illness does not want to make Avantika sad by getting her back in his life.
Kajal who was last seen in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain will have a cameo role to play. When we called her, she told, "Yes, I play Harish's doctor who is treating him. But it will be misunderstood that Harish has an affair with this lady. It is great to be part of the Rajshri Productions' show especially when you have been given the responsibility of taking the story forward."
