Yh..It seems it is a new character. But, who is so important? Whose life is so important that even Avantika and Aaditya's happiness can be crushed? Who is he that Harish is willing to do anything for him? Does he have a brother? And, why would Harish protect someone who played with emotions of a woman and that too his own sali, Preeti? Harish supported Pankhuri to go against Rubel for sake of an unknown old lady for an almost non-accident, Then, why would he want to protect this guy?

It absolutely doesn't make sense. I am sensing it is going to be some very lame reason.

People this can not be someone in Punku's family because she would have been more surpised when she saw them for the first time.

This was some one she loved and then properly when he found out that she is expecting he left her or before and she was left with a baby and had it aborted to save her name and family honor and did not want to have anything to do with him.

Or maybe it was someone she was in love with but he raped her and she became with child with him and then had it aborted and he might be the family friend or best friend of Naniji and he and that persons family are very very close.
