Preeti seems the obvious answer BUT who knows, right? The writers could totally throw us for a loop and introduce a new character or something? Sometimes it seems too easy to make the obvious happen but I would rather have it be PReeti since I love her and would love her to have more story lines and scenes in the show!

Yeh abortion ka talwar peechle 2-3 mahine se latka hua hai...aur khayalli pulao v pak rahe hain...

When Harish is not saying anything on it, I sincerely think it is comehow cloasely linked with Avantu and Diwan family...means someone closely related to Diwaan parivaar. Now it can be preeti or a new character or...god knows...

bascally i thought on it...so much ki ab sochne ki khayal pehi sar dukhne lag jata hai...😉..

It's def Preeti after the pre-cap..I'm sure someone betrayed her and harish supported her and promised not to tell...I guess if Avantika had asked him instead of running home she would have found out too. No wonder why Preeti is always supporting her jiju over her own sister b/c she knows he really is a great guy!
