One of the most significant aspects that strikes me about this show are the Rajshri values that we have seen right from their movies like "Maine Pyaar Kiya", "Hum aapke hein kaun", "Hum Saath Saath hein" to "Vivah".
I don't know how exactly to term it, but some common elements are certainly a part of the Rajshri package.
It's all about family values, a belief in the joint family system, good old-fashioned romance, boy and girl meet, become good friends and then fall in love, sing a song by the moon, fight for their love yet remain respectful of their family's wishes, emerge victorious against all odds...you know the works!
And I think even with changing trends like social networking and more divorces, the Rajshris continue to assert their values by subtly adapting themselves to the changing scenario, something that is especially seen in "Pyaar ka Dard hai".
