No one is getting you wrong Dev. We're putting our views forward and you're taking it as MU. Nadia di has surely given permission but few changes are needed. She has given you permission to go along with it but things are happening too fast here. We need to put a break and wait for a while for things to go smoothly. The way you're asking the members is what I would call demanding in a way. Now that's just my thinking and you might not be meaning it in that manner, but that's how it looks like to me. Also, you're saying you have experience from ASA NL but do understand, taking care of the whole NL and just submitting few sections of the NL are two different job as a whole. I myself take care of whole two NLs and am a part of three NLs as well. As a result, I know the different job the team has to do and the team leader has to do. Certainly, you need a bit of a hhelp here. There's nothing against you but we just want you to take things slowly. This is how it's normally done. Ask members for suggestions, then ask who would like to volunteer and then a week or so later, we decide when the first edition will be. You're going too fast here. A delay is a thing that is needed big time here.

I know you didn't but that is how it came out to me. Not sure if others thought that or not. Just putting my opinion forth. Starting is good thought but just 12 episodes in the show is way too early even for a starting. Let the story take shape first and then it'd be much more better. And being an author is magazine and handling an NL are two different things. NL is online and author is in real world. There, you do not need to take much opinions of others before writing a piece. But when an online world is involved, one needs to look at everyone's needs and opinions and be as open minded as never before. Being an author and being one to handle a newsletter is different. Hope you understand that.
