I know. RK's charater was well-etched out initially but when I heard about the revenge and all, I got the impression that he isn't capable of loving anyone, at least if I were a fan, I wouldn't have bought it. Unless I got it wrong and Madhubala isn't suppose to be a love story in the first place.

Wow, now that you said it, they do have a resemblance to AbhIya you know. Maybe that's why I feel so drawn to them even though I've otherwise totally shut out my fangirl side. But I mainly started watching the show for Kristin Kreuk. I saw her years ago in this movie and she was brilliant. And of course, now I have Vincent to crush on too😃

I know and the revenge thing is completely illogical to the story and i wont be able to connect to him anymore if its really revenge 😕 and we debated it on soo much.. n true i felt entire thing im seeing from the beginning has become a lie 🥱 but since im watching from the beginning so there much other perspective of the story i can see and like i said for entertainment im watching it since i don watch any shows now other than this n QH.. 😆

Rani is the first person who told me to watch BnB n i will love them n they are soo like abhiya. she told me this aft watching jus 2 eps and i felt the connection within 2 eps 😃 same here... vincent crush 😳😆 😆

and honestly i dont expect anything from any show anymore. i have accepted the fact it will ruin after first 6 to 10 months and spoil all my interest so i just watch them now...its the best

I know. A lot of my friends are RishBala fans so I felt bad for them. To think that all those months of their favourite couple being so in love was a lie. Anyway, you're right in a way. I'm not really in the right place to comment on that show since I'm not aware of the nuances and layers of the characters.

They are a lot like AbhIya, a cult couple. Everyone can't ship a couple that complex and complicated. And I love how they were explored very gradually building the correct graph and making the confession extremely believable. Otherwise these Hollywood shows generally show confessions and first kisses in 3-4 episodes. Speaking of which, I can't imagine how Vincent-Catherine's fans waited for 14 bloody episodes. Thank God I caught them all together🤣.🤣

And you're totally right about the shows being spoilt after a while. I foresee this and maybe that's why i don't get attached anymore. But i miss obsessing

when i used to read comments in YT promo... they were like freaking CW... kiss already its epi 10 🤣.🤣 yeap not everyone can either understand such complicated couple let alone like them and i happen to love them 😆

i dont even feel obsessed or fangirling over any couple now a days.. there was a time when so many good couples were there and now i donno... i just watch them but none of them even close to make me feel like they are EPIC... sigh

That's the thing. Abroad viewers are used to seeing their couples make out in every episode so this must be something new for them🤣.🤣

I know seriously. I have this thing for couples who cannot be fathomed easily and that is exactly what general viewers seem to not like. Which is good in a way. Once a show starts getting driven by ratings it's bound to lose essence. That's why i miss Star One so much. It's shows were never TRP-oriented.

TV has lost it's sheen, I totally agree. I miss the 2000s. It might have been one-dimensional and we might not have had the best shows in terms of story but the couples were iconic and are still remembered.

Me too.. and trp shows are so not for us.. omg the top trps shows some i cant even stand for 5 mins 🤣

and there isnt any youth shows sadly and even more depressing once you started liking a show its horribly butchered or storyline totally ruined.. thats the story of present days.. i miss star one too.. im now even more sticked to american shows..

i also cant blv 14 eps for first kiss... they have guts ha 🤣 even i was shocked like woww 😲 😆 but too bad CW hasnt till now renewed it for 2nd season.. i want season 2 🥺

'Coz we can't connect to them, Tanzie. TRPs include the older generation, people from villages and remote areas, etc who can identify with what's being shown. And some just like seeing overdressed women crying buckets😛

Ya, I know. I heard SSLK targets the youth and has teenagers as protagonists but never got time to check it out. I'm also more towards American shows now. Beauty and the Beast of course but till that comes back, am also catching up with Revenge and The Big Bang Theory. No wonder i have a hard time accommodating QH and SC in my schedule😛

Haha, I know. But it worked perfectly for me. And no am not saying this just 'coz i didn't have to wait that long. I know but the thing is, Tanzie, as sad as it sounds the show hasn't been doing well for CW at all. I guess the being-different-from-TRP-audience theory works here too. But i still have a gut feeling that the ratings will pick up when it comes back and hence, it might be renewed. I know for a fact that CW is keen on renewing it because they are aware of the creative potential of the show.

besides BnB I watch PLL which is full of mystery and a real thriller and always holds suspense so i enjoy it. i quit on season 2 but again renewed from season 3 n got interest again so again watching it. Revenge season 1 is done.. i need to watch season 2.

I've heard a lot of PLL but i dunno if I'll ever watch it specially since I plan on starting One Tree Hill once it's done showing first three seasons. I just started with Revenge season 2 today and just watched two episodes. According to me, it's kinda losing the plot now.
