The first time I saw this amazing show, it was 18th October 2010...Since that day, the number 18 has been very special for me. The day Abhay Raichand's entry was shown, girls went gaga over him and said, "Oh!! He is better than Edward Cullen!!". But the Abhay-Pia dance sequence on "Kuch Khaas Hai Kuch Paas Hai" was the epi which started my obsession for PKYEK!! Everyday, I would become jumpy from around 8:00 and I would switch on the TV from 8:20!! In fact, I used to get up at 6:00 am to watch the repeat!! We clapped and smiled during ABhIya romantic scenes, ROFLed during Tracker-Angad and Kabir-Mish scenes, got furious when Danish hit Pia with his car, fell in love with the idea of love when Abhay kissed Pia to save her life, delighted during Sid scenes, angry during the AbhIna and JiYa scenes, felt like boxing Arnab when he spoke crap about Abhay and sighed during ViVah PDA and Panchi over-dramatic scenes!!
The day the show got over, that 2 hour episode was the time when I cried the most in my life!! During the "Akhri Salaam" by Misha and Abhay-Pia, I broke down, sobbing and felt like killing Life OK for doing such an "anyaya"!!
But, one thing never got over--our love for PKYEK and our fanfictions!! We kept and will keep the PKYEK magic on forever!!
Being on the PKYEK forum has got me SOOO many friends like Peehu, Dishu, Shrishti, Kajal and Ayesha!! And today, when I make my 1000th post, I remember being a newbie. From a newbie to a goldie...the jouney has been AWESOME!!
