if its for new members...than plz go ahead as we should encourage them 😊 but i will suggest u to nominate commandable one urself as here mostly new members are neglected...it would be a fair thing if members are just asked for voting 😊 make a list of desreving members n place it for voting... 😊

first all thanx dii 4r organising this award function 4r forum waasis...n i dont know how u ll feel carisma but i think there r a loads of new entry in our forum ...n they r bringing awesum posts, vms, ff, os, n lots many things...so i think ki agar yeh award ceremony hotti hai toh...they ll get the encouragement...our srif show kattam ho raha hai...bt still we r here in the forum itself...n by such events v ll gonna get a lot of encouragement n the guys who deserves aprreciation ll also feel good...n the old members n new one ll b gonna interact more in such events...

i guess ur addressing me 😆well we dont have any probs if u want to organise anything for new members...infact we will love to do anything that can encourage our new fellow members but i guess the option of open nomination at this point isnt right as there are chances of nomination of senior members...it would b good if u guys take a tour of forum pages and short list the newest members according to their work n thn presnet the list for final voting...😊

i m srry carisma 4r writing ur name but its romallia...n i m sorry if i hurt u ...n think u r right we must short list newbies ...but i think oldbies should also b nominate...as this forum is all about unity ...so we must also thank them ( oldbies 4r such wonderful post which forces us to join this forum ...to interact with u guys ) by such events😛
