Can I say that today's episode was HOWLARIOUS as far as AbhIya are concerned and SERIOUS as far as Jeh and the Khuranas are concerned.
I am sorry but I think am the only one who was laughing her head off when Piya got Abhay arrested and while Abhay was confident inwardly that Jeh will stand by his side as it is strictly between the supernaturals, Abhay's obsessive lover and compulsive hater Piya was busy accusing , abusing and fighting with Abhay , screaming her lungs out that Abhay had killed Dipzie. Look, all said and done, whatever the animosity between Abhay and Jeh , it is strictly their business – they might sacrifice human-beings for that but they will never stand a human-being's interference in their fight.
It was like an unsaid telepathic understanding between Abhay and Jeh that fine, we may rip out each-other's veins but there is no way anyone can expose us to the world – not even the precious Piya Dobriyaal. Abhay was cool, calm and composed during the arrest and in the police station because he knew that Jeh will stand by his side. On the other hand, a devastated and panicking Jeh , desperately trying to save his mother's life seemed angry enough to whack Piya's neck even before Abhay's throat because she ended up aggravating the problem by involving cops. I think it was an amazing contrast of moods – Cool Abhay and Petrified Jeh but on the common ground of thought where even Piya had no business trespassing. Piya did not get the message but what Abhay and Jeh clearly sent her way standing in the police station was – "Stay the hell out of our blood business."
Is it me or did Piya seem more excited and desperate about sending Abhay to jail and fighting with him than getting justice for Dipzie and Jeh? Nothing new. She gets a high out of putting Abhay into trouble since day 1 because she gets the chance to pounce on him and control him that way – in her mind. Its another thing that her anger bubbles out within 24 hours and she goes back to giving him moon eyes. I mean, she was so hyper that instead of scolding Abhay , the police officer was telling her to shut up. It was hilarious , though – The arrested and accused Abhay calmly telling the officer that Piya is imaginging things and the eye-witness Piya jumping up and down like a wildcat that Abhay is a cold-blooded killer. Abhay was like " Woman - don't cha - get -it-that-I-get-away-all-the-time."
Oh, well, well, well, our Alina is quite a revelation, hmm? She is the blood daughter of Dipzie – the true heiress and the Queen-in-waiting Shewolf who will succeed Dipzie. Her blood can save Dipzie , not Jeh's and not Neel's. Only Alina's. Alina HATES Dipzie as we came to know what a hellish life she has been given – but I think she will save Dipzie , just for her brothers and nobody else. If you think by the supernatural book, Alina is POWERFUL but she has no idea about it – but she has the infamous werewolf temper as we saw today . She can be vile, she can be fierce , she can be diabolical but she is not aware of the power of her mutant DNA.
And I don't want to pollute my post by talking about Pancchi. But if these Dobriyaal sisters – and I mean, all three of them, try to force Abhay into dating Pancchi for the sake of her happiness , I hope all three get eaten in a joint dinner by vampires and werewolves. They better not give Abhay that emotional bullshit. And yes, Piya is included in the list.
Awesome episode – Abhay, Jeh and Alina were the STARS of the day. Seriously.
The best part was, Abhay giving attitude to the cops, to Piya , to Pancchi and being in mind sync with Jeh. Also, Jeh balancing his panic for his mother and defense of Abhay so calmly that you would never sense that anything was wrong at his home.
P.S- Abhay had company today in his band, baaja, baraat company – Jeh Khurana and admit it. The men have chemistry and how.
