Huh? I think it means Abhay is just weak without blood. Real blood. Besides Abhay is a little human in more ways than one. If this is following Vampire Diaries then Damon became human and so Abhay might as well however Damon did become a vampire again thanks to someone turning him back but died saving Elena and returned back as a vampire.
