Is misha a parallel lead? Why is she treated like sidetrack. Panchi is given more importance than misha.

Misha was supposed to be parallel lead and Panchi was from beginning a side character but past couple months she's been shown as parallel lead. All the boys are introduced for her and they're focusing on her love life more😡
