It is natural for a woman to feel jealous seeing her Guy romantically with anyone else. But Vivian and Vahbbiz are Actors and I am sure they can differentiate between reel and real life unlike some crazy fans who do not understand the difference. Even Vahbbiz has intimate scenes with Sid. If either of them are having a problem with their partner acting in such scenes ...they should not be in a relationship at the first place. If Vahbbiz fell in love with knowing what Career he is in then I am sure she would be more understanding than just breaking off from him.

Please do not spread rumors here.
