Why Sid Maintains Distance With Panchi ?

ok guys....i know this is a stupid question....nowadays for me of course after AbhiYa...SidChi is a hot property for me.....i just want to know why sid maintains a distance with panchi....we all know he is a charmer ...he is a flirt....he is a cassanova......he is a hot magnet that attracts all womens towards him.....

and as far as panchi concern...he respects her.....he tortures her.....he charms her...he does flirt with her.....he praises her....but never once touched her....even if he tries to come close to her...he back off......ok i know panchi too will not allow such behaviour...but then he is one charmer who can charm her into his colours....but like a perfect gentleman....he maintains a distance with panchi.....

with T...he is time-passing with her and also with his other girls.....with piya...he lust on her because he wants to hurt abhay...why with panchi...he is perfect gentleman....till now he never hurts her.....and on the interview of his job...panchi threw the job on his face and that time he didn't even know that abhay is her friend and abt AbhiYa.....he gave her the job again......

he is using only jealousy weapon on panchi...other than that he is sweet...sensitive...perfect gentleman to panchi....while with others he has some kind of intention even with piya....

People normally behave the same way we behave with them. People take advantage of those who allow them to do so. So I guess Panchi respects and cares for her Boss but keeps him at a distance. She is not a clingy person like T. So Sid respects her, cares for her but do not try to exploit her.

i guess you are right....and i think because of such qualities panchi loves him deeply....

And somewhere down the lane he does lovveee her. 😳 I think that she is the most different girl he has seen. She is not despo, doesn't throw herself at other men and has immense self-respect. She didn't even become a dukhi aatma post Danish.
