today in the last scene when mr jaiswal rejected piyas scolarship form and he was going out of office didnt he notice abhay was coming in

yeah....but i think is normal for people to come in and out of the office....or maybe he didn't notice because he is in a rush or something....

Yeah he noticed Abhay coming to the office.
But I think entrance of everyone in the office is allowed.
