Daanish is definitely evil enough to frame kabir if needed. a guy who dates a minor girl though he's after another girl, impregnates her, then betrays her for a wealthier girl, then keeps hitting her, and then beats her enough to nearly kill her and make her suffer a miscarriage, and get engaged to the second girl despite the first girl's suicide attempts, will not think twice about framing his brother to save his own skin.

n I think he must be jealous of kabir too - kabir's always been the hottest guy in clg, girls go crazy after him, he's rich, doesn't have to 'prove himself'....while daanish had to work hard to just impress panchhi and then her family n all, n had to depend on kabir's family.
