Exactly my point!! I mean, here, in Delhi, people belonging to the stinky rich do party a lot!! Like, a lot!! You have no idea!! But Dehradun?? That's supposed to be a comparatively quieter city. Comparatively! But well, its quite a coincidence that father and both his daughters have their birthdays in the same month at just a week's gap each!

Dehradun..is a hill station yeah it has to be a much quieter place..but local's in their do have party @there homes with frnd n family..but Parties lyk this is unbelievable..
So next week We'll have may be Panchi or Madhu's Bday..be ready for it..
