I don't think there is any mystery in it. Sukirti's name begins with an S and I'm sure it's her own personal locket that she is wearing in the show. I don't think it means anything.
Sara Khan also wore her own personal locket in the show, but it worked out for her since her character's name also began with an S.

her mom gave it to her. Actully her name was starting from s.She used to wear it but her mom gave it to her and told to keep it with you for lifelong

Pia's real name is Sukriti so I am guessing that is her real necklace also her mom's name was Suganda. She must have given it to her.

"S" pendant stands for Sukirti, its her original pendent (off screen) that she is wearing in this serial too...that's what I think... On screen she tells that Pendent is from her Mom.. Sugandh..

The S Alphabet Pendant could be Sukirti's own as it is the first alphabet of the name. But in the Serial her mother Suganth gives to her as a child.
