can anyone create a banner

Im sure many people cant create a banner... see what the mods or viewbies say first... 😛

Actually we are still waiting to add on a bit more traffic to Punjabi forum😳 We can only have the banner competition if we know we'll get enough participation. There's no point in holding a banner contest where 2 people are gonna enter and maybe 5 will vote😛😆

Let's wait and see how many more members we get and then we'll decide something😊
