yh a fresh new storyline would be introduced but what is wrong with the current cast why cant they do it??...what is the actual reason of changing them...that is just my question...

I can see why...Producers/channel want a fresh start with fresh actors. Gurmeet and Kratika are etched as Yash and Aarti in audience's mind. So seeing them so soon with different characters would be a little unconvincing I guess. It would be a little weird to see them portraying Yash and Aarti on Friday,and bang on Monday they are someone else.😆.People are too attached to GurIka as AarYa atleast for now.

Besides it may be a little repetitive for actors too.They have already done a beautiful story on Punar Vivah as Yash and Aarti, so to again do another story on Punar Vivah without ant\y break,would be repetitive for them too.

bizarre...i used to watch ipkknd but in the end whatever was done was unprofessional on barun's part...he knew he had a huge fan following...he could have cooperated with the PH, creatives and channel by giving them some time say a month or so to give a fitting end to a hit show instead of leaving things in the lurch...result was a hurried closure with him no where in sight ...hero worship does turn fans blind

good luck to GC and KS and the others in their future projects...good that they are putting in their time to give a proper ending

Hello there i m usually a silent member on if these days but could not resist posting to set the record straight here...barun had given a 2 month notice to the ph which by the way is more than.twice as compared to global standards of 2-4 weeks notice..so they had ample time to deal with the isssue..coming to so called statements ppl r talking abt b it barun or gurmeet both r bound my contract not to reveal anything till channel or ph does so and revealing this kind of info on part of an actor would b unprofessional...the only diff between this situation and that is then the info got leaked whereas here thankfully it did not...

Must say the PH of pv is handling everything v professional by giving proper media statements unlike what we saw in the past with other production houses...

ANd except that in the case of BS, producer said he has quit and even interviewed him,lead actress said that he has quit and requested fans to support the show, BS said that he is on a long break,director said he has quit, Channel actually telecasted a banner saying that he has quit!! Whereas in case of GC, GC has denied quitting, Producers themseleves have denied the news of him quitting,and actually said that they were coming with a new season as the story of this one was over, Website which reported he news took back its words.Rest of the cast including lead actress has given tweets of the new season starting. And the whole cast is being replaced and new season is being started with all new actors.And still fans arent flooding the channel to end the show...So theres a LOT of difference. So get your facts straight before commenting!!

Well u need to get ur time line right before u talk...and up untill now that ph has never given an official media release..everything that happened bcos they did not give an official statement. Logically if they had given one like how the mittals did the whole matter would have ended..but all they did was publish stupid letters on their forum saying story has ended and then doing imitation of coffee with karan with both actors...and again go back and check u will see multiple statements from all the sources u quoted saying whether its a break will b decided on how they want the story to proceed...

Anyways all i can say for others here is we understand ur pain guys and glad to see mittals taking the professional route...

Now they are blaming the PH, how fool 🤪

thanks for nice posts dear. u make a point but it is hard for me to see a different cast with the same name. the ntire pv cast along with title has a big place in my heart.
