First noticed as Lord Rama in Ramayan, he got his big break in Geet Hui Sabse Parayi. Last year, the 28-year-old was the underdog who won the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 5. His blend of muscle and sensitivity makes him eye candy for many. CURRENT ALTER EGO: Yash Suraj Pratap Sindhia in Punar Vivah THE BIGGEST PLUS OF WINNING JHALAK DIKHLA JAA: The reality show helped me to learn dancing. I became extremely confident and adept at my moves and steps. HANDLING THE FEMALE FAN ADULATION: One just needs to be rooted and courteous. This is all part of show business and luckily my wife, Debina, is also from the same field. She understands all this. YOUR FIRST SHOOT: It was for a commercial. There were lots of cricketers with me and I was in awe of them. Meeting them and facing the camera with all of them – especially Sachin Tendulkar – was a really great experience. THE DAILY SOAP DRAMA: It does not affect me. It is just drama and not the reality of my life. LEISURE PASSIONS: Going to a gym, walking, running, dancing and just chatting with friends or watching movies. THE BEST PART OF BEING ON TV: The fact that you are loved by one and all. THE LURE OF THE MOVIES: I will definitely look at it. But I have not decided what I am going to do next. God has decided for me and I will just follow the path. ON YOUR PERSONALITY: I am a workaholic and I love this. If required I can stay awake and go on for 48 hours and not feel tired. What I do want to change is the fact that I am pretty laidback and until and unless I am pushed against time, I don't step up my efforts either. IF NOT AN ACTOR? I cannot imagine doing anything else.
