I think now it's going to be Aarti. Notice in the kitchen it was Yash who found the tablet packet and yet Ishita was only blaming Aarti. Afraid of what she has planned to do to Aarti.

I hate it but I'm sure Ishita will target Aarti and Aayu!!!! The crazy woman looks at them as obstacles to Yash!!!!
