I saw the wallet bt i thought it was one of the necessary. since i dont really know about culture!

Even I saw the wallet and wondered what it was for ... at first I thought Yash put it as his portion because he's fasting too .. lol .. but I'm guessing that's not it so I really want to know as well what the wallet signifies...

:) i don't know the significance of it iin regard to the KC thali.
But if i have my historical facts right - in the old days - and i am talking the really old days - like a couple of thousand years - a man entrusts his wife with his finances - and the wife is expected to disburse the funds judiciously keeping in mind the family and the future. Im talking Buddhist history!!
