I think when Yash will come to know that the pregnancy is complicated he will try to convince Aarti to abort. But he knows that Arti is very Jiddi so finally he will decide to support AArti in continuation of pregnancy.

This problem will bring them closer especially Yash who will realize how Important Aarti is for him.
