Sanjam dying in front of Prithvi was heart wrenching for all of us and for Prithvi. this is the epitome of love and friendship. Agreed Sanjam was very special for Prithvi BUT I am not getting it tht why is he in this state? Prithvi himself killed hundrerds and thousands of people , some of them being innocent ones (the armies of other states). He never thot what will happen to their loved ones right??? Each one of them dying must be having a family, parents, wife, children who must have been shattered. Each one of those soldiers are important . Alha must have felt the same way when Udal died. but Sanjam got a special mention bec. he was PRC's friend..(i'm not talking abt his death...but his death was predicted long ago and many episodes were dedicated to him. the story is somewhat revolving around him from that time) .........coming back to my point, my heart goes out for Sanjam but it's unfair to the rest of people who gave away their lives for PRC and Ajmer and Delhi. All of them are important . Why is Prithvi in a deep shock ? When he said "jab baat apno par aati hai toh darr toh lagta hai..." this dialogue says it all.. For a king, nothing is personal..if he gets so emotional about Sanjam how will he fight this war and win it? I guess in a war , a person becomes a robot, a war machine who has no emotions..otherwise from where do you get the guts to kill people in front of you who r unknown to you, who ur seeing for the first time , who's not ur enemy?

For a king, his own feelings get the lowest priority. He's just for the people .. So Prithvi should give Sanjam the farewell he deserves and carry on with his duties of a King..whateva he thinks is right...If he thinks winning this war is for the benefit of his country then he should continue doing it..

well said luv_khwaish! but prc has been shown very emotional. at times he is an emotional fool too. he reacted the same way when his father died and when sanyo broke up with him. but to his credit he soon recovered and carried on. but i would say he has been really lucky that he didnt pay dearly till now for his weak moments mainly becuz he has had such good friends.

in sanjam case prc himself is to be blamed as it was his ambition which finally claimed sanjam's life. but being the king it was the norm in those days to try and expand his kingdom and become more powerful. so prc being ambitious was only doing his duty.
