I am extremely sorry that i had posted an info here which turned out to be wrong.😭 There was a thread in which we were discussing abt prithvi's wives.

And i had said that prithvi had only wife..Actually, i had got that info from an article in the net... However, now i have prithviraj raso with me.. n i read that prithvi had 7 wives...😡

He married the first during someshwar's rule itself....though her name is not mentioned in that book. Second was bhimdev's sali.. 😉.Rest i have to still go thru...

Again, sorry to everyone... n esp Shruthi since the topic was started by her...

the original prc seems to be a lot more different than the one we see😕

don't worry Lakshmi we knew tat he had 7 wives. now 8 no problem. I m posting the thread of razia who posted re this b4. And please watever u read chapter wise post it here so that who r not living in India can know about the real history written in prithviraj raso n which was composed by prc's friend chand. I will really appreciate it. bcoz I tried 2 find a book in english re this raso when i was in India but could not able to. Hope moderator will permit it

yesterday ny sis got a book 'Prithviraj raso ka adhyan' by Dr.Vijay Kulshestra.
he has written about the book & sum brief outline is also given in it.
The hindi used is very old & hi-fi.
So i m telling ull how much i have interpreted from that book.
{seriously it was very difficult}
he has given the chapters names & given in brief wat it contains.
only pundir's&chand's names r mentioned but 2day in 1 of d page i saw sanjams name.{i think,as i didnt find arjun,s name, he is going 2 die in this khuj}{dont woory ill read more thru d book n might giv ull good news}
There is nothing mentiined abt d khazane ki khoj.

D id ull know that Sanyogita was prithvi's 7th wife
she was d 3rd 1 whom he kidnapped n married.
he marrid Jammavati wen he was 16 [kidnp]
2. Inchini who was bhim devs wifes sis & b.d wanted 2 marry her
3.Padmavati [kidnp]she had heard abt pr5ithvi from a parrot so it is said in d book
4.shasivruta he claimed a war 2 marry her
5.indravati{ i think she was bhims daughter}

7.sanyogita. Inchini was very angry abt this marraige she was actuaally leaving d house

Prithviraj raso was not only written by chand...but it was written by some other ppl too....
and one person(sorry dont know the name.)...he wrote dat prithvi has 7 or 8 wifes......and someoen pested dis info.....and one of his wifes name as Padmini.....
i searched abut it alot....and den one day ....i visited a site in which rajputs history was given(sorry dont remember dat site!!).....it was written dat padmini wife of some other rajput raja who performed johar(royal suiside).....and according to PRC Raso written by chander he had only one wife.....PRC team has searched on PRC for 10 years.....so i believe dem also......(i know dey r bit dragging dis show 😉 )

1) prithvi raj has only one wife...and he was eloped wid her on her swamber..........(well acco to another prc raso its written dat sanyop and pri eloped not on swamber).............
but if sanyo didnt eloped wid sanyo on swamber denhow come dis story is sooooooo popular.......and eloping story cant be modifed yaar.....if someone marries by eloping dat news always spread very quickly....so i believe dey eloped during swamber!!
2)...hay laxmin.....i wanna know wat has written in dat at the end....how prithvi died??..........cozz acc to prcraso written by others ....he died during war wid gauri ...and M.gouri killed prc............
but.........frndzz........if prc died in the war of traien...den how come his tomb in afganistan??.....so its true dat gouri took him to afganistan.......
moreover acc to some ppl prc was killed by gouri in afgaistn.....but if dat is true.......den
u know wat.....historians never found any clue of gouri after prc died.....dats why dey also believe dat prc kileed gouri....!!

I think it is not abt the beleaf only. we like to know wat is written in the Prithvi raj raso. which we cannot able to read from outside or 4 us who cannot read hindi. There r lot of article on net where it was written abt his wives. but now show will only concentrate on prc's love story with sanio n his war capability. but we like 2 know more byond tat. so please lakshmi post wat ever u get. we hav been waiting 4 prc raso 4 a long time. if someone doesn't want 2 read can simply ignore tat, but should think about others also who like 2 learn more.

its ok anu its happens. we r egarly looking 4 the post 4 prithvi raj raso. there could b some deviation but inthe bigining of the show they wrote tat the show will concentrate on prc n sanio's story , prc wars also. if we strict n cannot able 2 take something goes different then people will not post. so we should give a credit lakshmi at least she bought a book n it will b really good 4 all of us to know wat is written in tat book. if some one got another version it will b good 4 all of us 2 know about tat also.

The book that i have contains the original verses of prithviraj raso...And latifa..i am ready to post each chapters in english here.. Actually i have sent a pm to the moderators regarding this..just waiting 4 their reply
