Journey of Virendra: khunkhaar to ardent lover

This world is always fascinated to fairy tales. Yes, it is fairy tale but unlike other tales( where there is Prince Charming) this showcases the destiny bound love story n bonding of warrior prince n lovely princess Chandrakanta . Prince here is Virendra Singh , the ultimate warrior, strong headed, brutal killer yet having a heart full of love ( though he is unaware of heart n love thing ). Under the wings of his foster father he was nurtured as a killer not as a lover. So this is the journey of a khunkhaar turns into a lover.

Destiny played major part here, when on a killing spree, Virendra saw his princess chandrakanta. He was about to beheaded someone when chandrakanta stopped him. As soon as he saw the princess, he stops. He couldn't take his eyes off her. He was so lost, mesmerized n froze for some time ( what an iconic eyelock that was, sigh...) until his friend came n took him away. He was still in the shock that a mere presence of a lady would effect him so much. He was furious and hated her for his failure n thought it was over but little did he know that it was the beginning of his story.

Although he was a killer but he was a devoted son and to fulfill his father's wish( the tilismi key) he crossed his path again with Chandrakanta in 'yaksh mahal' . He kept his identity secret n entered yaksh mahal as Viru, a common man. Here he tried so hard to stay away from her but he couldn't. He seemed to forget his motive whenever she was in close proximity of him. Is there any prince who can resist his princess?? Well the answer is no. In series of events, he was instinctively drawing close to her and when CK had to leave abruptly, he was running after her desperately, to catch a one sight of her. He wouldn't have thought even in his dreams that one day he would run after a woman. He was staggered that if he can feel like this for some one. But V boy everyone has to meet their match some day n you have met yours. This is how things works. These are the laws of love, affection.

But his budding feelings came to halt when he returned to CG n even failed to get that tilismi key which his father wanted. He again redeemed his cold-hearted self but his heart was deceiving him. He was acting indifferent but his heart started to overpowering his mind. His lady love already messed up his thought process.

Under the pretext of getting that tilismi key he went to her place with false identity.He even faked his love with her. In this fake love game his own feelings started to overwhelm him , he was fighting a losing battle here. When he came to know about the princess's feelings as princess is always being upfront. At that point he realized that he can't deceive this women. He tried really hard to reveal his identity . But before he could, the ugly truth of his real self came out in most horrendous way. He was so distraught but damage had already been done. The thing that was bothering him that CK even released him n gave him that tilismi key . This was like 'hit the nail on the head' for his first step of realization of his love coz deep down he was too in love with her, Although he was continuously in the state on denial.

After the successful venture of getting that tilismi key, he came back to CG n handed over key to his father. But he wasn't the same khunkhaar Virendra singh that he used to be (one can easily see through his eyes). He even rescued Chandrakanta's mom by rebelling against his father. On hearing the news of his lady love's wedding, he was battered n leaves from there, this was indeed his realization of love.

On the other hand, CK got to know Virendra is the real prince of NG. She devised a plan of her kidnapping to bring back the Virendra and she succeeded. Virendra comes back, redeeming his lover side coz now he know that he loves chandrakanta (I wish!!!! CVs could elaborate this realization n birth secret part effectively:( .
So now, khunkhaar V was the past n lover Virendra is present.

Now he is all head over heels in love with princess but his love faced so many problems. But his love grew stronger than ever. Now Chandrakanta is the woman,he admires, he loves n she is the support system for him.

From the moment, Virendra was drenching in the rain n raged at Chandrakanta to the moment: he is with her in the room after the mehndi ceremony, doing all the teasing n romance. This is quite a long journey. Surely our V boy has come a long long way.
Khunkhaar was once a man of few words n no smiles but this lover is all about smiles n wordplay. His story is still to unfold as many problems have yet to come but the hardship n pain is the fire that tests the mettle of any relationship and makes it stronger and more enduring...

This was indeed a beautiful n intense journey of Virendra from killer to lover. As they say love makes u do strange things.
