Am I the only one who understood Ramya and Mona?

Because of the family's selfish motives, 3 lives were ruined in the process.

Ramya belonged to Aditya and Mona belonged to Anukalp. That is what the show is about. Not because the actor who plays Aditya and the actress who plays Mona have great chemistry in one show means that they must be together in every show they do. Remember, Aditya's actor refused to play Anukalp.

Quite frankly, them listening to that sage was ridiculous. If the sage said "Aditya, you must sleep with Bharti in order to save Mona's life!", I'm sure Bharti would have given herself to Aditya immediately. That's how ridiculous they were.

And not one of them thought that something must be wrong with the sage if that's all they could have done to save Mona's life? Not one of them would look to ask the sage if there were other options?

Say what you want about Ramya but she was quite right to oppose the marriage. Why should she and Mona suffer because of some prophecy which may or may not be true?

In today's episode, I understood both Ramya and Mona because their lives and Aditya's would not be in happiness due to their family's motives.

Thoughts on this.

I can see your point of view and understand what your feeling and thinking what is happening is right or not..however have to say this:

first of all ramya was not destined to be with adi and with this family from the beginning just look at how rude she was to his family by saying nasty things, you don't just walk in to someone's house without informing and then saying I am not going to follow your rules nd talk rudely with elders i mean she was just being selfish. She thought about herself and not others and wanted to get everything for her own, so i thought she was crazy and weird..

From Mona's view point yes she is hurt by not being informed by family members of what was going on even though her husband just passed away and could not mourn for him for sometime but all of a sudden she went into coma and was not resp to any treatment given to her then the pundit ji came nd said in order for her to come back alive she had to get married, therefore adi came to rescue and filled sindoor in her maang...she should be thankful she is alive because of adi and were destined to be together.. sure the wedding could have been done later if she had been told earlier and understood the reason why this was the best option and nothing else could have been done..

As for family, some felt that this was not right to do but what choices they had?? there was no other way out and if this was meant to happen then just have to go with the flow...We can't always expect things will work out happily in long term things are bound to happen and we have to live life according to it...

I am sure one day mona will understand and accept what happened was right and what the family was doing was for the best.. Give it time and let's see how the story goes from here...

I fully agree with you. I noticed that there were 28 views but not a single reply or "like" . You are marked my friend. No one will respond to you becuase the forum belongs to Sangad fans now! I only happen to notice your headline and could not resist reading it (it is my access to india forum and i am too lazy to change it).
I have said the same thing before that Anukalp was bumped off because the actor refused to play his role and therefore these shenanigans but I have been told so many times to get lost if i do not like the show - and i have done it. sigh...
I felt i had to write to support you and hope like-minders who are still reading this particular forum will support you too...

I think Mona will learn to accept it in time. They need to keep the showing going. For the time being the angel of the show would be how Mona is going to accept this marriage. Her reaction? Aditya seems to be lost, as he did everything to make his mom happy.

I sure hope the show will not end at this point. I do understand your point of view about Ramya though. Let's see what is ahead for us.

Thanks

I totally agree with you! Who cares about which actor plays who?
And Aditya saying that he was already "married" cos he put the sindoor on Mona's parting. Firstly, Mona as a Sikh should not have recnognised that as a sign of marriage and more importantly, doesn't she have any say in her life? Mona would rather be dead.
I don't believe in kismet when it's based on prophecies by some person. Ramya had every right to be pissed mad! So now aditya has two wives right? I mean if just by putting the sindoor means ur married, he is married to Ramya. WHich is completely allowed in Hindu customs.
I really hate this show now. It is insulting to me, that the people behind this show think people would accept this shift.
Also, i don't care who or what sangad is or was.

The show is called Ram Milayee Jodi. So automatically, viewers expected that this would be a jodi that actually withstood real obstacles. This debacle is madness. I have no problems with Adi?Angad and Mona/Sara, however their should have been atleast some sort of realistic progression. Since when do we listen to some strange guru who says that a widow needs to be immediately married to save her life? I am sure that with prayer and proper care, Mona would have been fine. BTW, it would have been fun to see Ramya in the Ghandi household, she would have been their bahu version of Hetal. It would have been interesting to see how she made their lives miserable, and then Hetal eventually acknowledged her own behaviour and made some improvements.

Anyway, if the writers say AdiNa will be the new Ram Milayee Jodi, so be it.

Alas! Can;t tell you how much I was looking for this topic. Exactly My feelings! I am so done with Sangad fans on this show who think that its justifiable to have mona and adi to meet because they were a hit jodi! COME ON!!! Idiots you have taken out the soul of this show. The show was supposed to be abt Mona and Anukalp and not about Mona and Adi. I hate this angle truly. And I bet the TRPs are not gonna get better with this stupid addition. Pehle Kekta Mai ruining relationships in her serial serial episodes and now this show.
These things make me have high respect for shows like Afsar Bitiya, now that is something we are talking abt progression!!!

Definitely agree with you.

I felt the storylines weren't that interesting with the new anukalp however Mona and Anukalp are meant to be together no matter what. That's what the show is about.
Ever since he has died it seems the soul of the show is gone also. I almost feel like not watching it anymore.
And no matter what, to me, Mona and Aditya will never be the ram milayi jodi. I think this show is doomed now.

Despite everything. Ramya just did not belong there. I am even surprised that they showed Ramya to be Adi's girlfriend as they have totally different personalities. Ramya would have been nothing but trouble even if Adi's family was not there and with the family being there now, Ramya would have been a problem DIL.

Mona, I can understand

I think the marriage was a haste, but it is an interesting track. I'm not gonna lie, I'm an Sangad fan, but I liked this show before he came on, I started watching it when I heard about it a few episodes before Sara joined the show. The tracks were getting boring, this twist was good, but really unrealistic and sudden. If only they had approached it any other way... And to me the real problem was the replacement of the original Anukalp, cuz thats when I stopped watching it anyway.

As for Ramya, the bi%&$y girlfriend never gets to marry the guy... we all know that.
