Okay, I need to say this in a way that I don't offend the moderators and also without any character bashing.

How many times will this guy, Anukalp distrust his wife, Mona? I don't even want to start listing the instances from the past. Ever since Anukalp and Mona Goldie got married, this guy has been constantly not showing any trust in what Mona has to say.

I wonder if their Jodi is really Ram Milaayi. I strongly feel that the fault lies with the CVs or the writers who seem to have forgotten the theme of the show, which is Ram Milaayi Jodi. Anukalp's character need to show full trust and faith in what his wife has to say.

and How can he trust GOLDIE? No wonder, I agree with Goldie when he said the following about Anukalp: "Isse jitna bevkoof samjha, yeh usse bhi bada bewkoof nikla".

Whats the point of apologizing every time to Mona after the truth is revealed?

I agree... I like how when Mona asked him if he trust her he says yes and then immediately proceeds to disbelieve her when she talks about Goldie. I think that scene didn't make sense.

Somehow I feel that even though Mona has proved time and again that she's right about the people with bad intentions like Dimpy and Pam but somehow Anukalp, the Bedi's and Gandhi's feel that Mona is still childish and is bound to make mistakes hence none of them believe her..See even her own mother wouldn't believe her

Finally Ambaji has seen that trust in her and is helping her out.Its just a stereotyped feeling towards Mona

Anukalp does not believe or trust his wife Mona all the time which does not go with the title Ram Milaye Jodi. To me RMJ should mean husband(Anu) believes in his wife(Mona) every time and the first time and not after bringing in the objective proof because husband does not have the capacity to analyse a lot of things right.

I agree, anukalp didn't trust mona countless times. There has been so many times where mona tried to tell him something but he refused to believe her, like with dimpy and pam then aanchal and now with goldie. how many situations does he need for him to gain full trust for mona?

I agree. Anukalp seems the most inept husband in teledrama world. He is as stupid as Hetal and Sejal. In fact the only smart person in the Gandhi family is Ambaji - sad that none of the children got even a minute part of her brain!! Obvioulsy the 3 siblings have taken after their father Kalpesh, who seems a defeated man.
I hope i'm not character bashing ... this can't be called character bashing can it?!! I don't consider characters as real life people and hence am more forthright about discussing them. As long as i do not go personal to the actor I think it is alright.
It is sad that they have not shown Anu having a trust on Mona...i can't accept it in part... but i feel that he should at least give a listen to what Mona has to say and then state why he thinks it is wrong ... but most times he appears not to hear what sshe is saying and just brushes her warnings off like she is a fool. sigh. typical of some husbands i guess.

I very much agree... I think the fault lies with the writers... The character Anukalp is so unconvincing... I mean this is not expected from a husband who is supposed to love his wife so much. And especially after so many experiances in the past... he should be trusting his wife... rather than trusting of all a person like Goldie!!!!

You said it all. I wish Anukalp, Sejal, or Hetal had an iota of common sense and maturity that Ambaji has.

I would like to make one amendment about Kalpesh, the father... although i said that the children take after him in being inept, i must admit that he is a good man. However, Hetal is more like her aunt, bad and stupid. No way is she like her father in this respect... she is stupid because she cannot see the good side of her life, she is selfish and has a jealous streak - not able to bear the good fortune of others, she is bad because she will stoop to lies to achieve what she wants.
Just wanted to set the record straight because I do like Kalpesh and Hetal is no way like him at all.
