TOI-I'm unaware about return on Pratigya:SajjanSig

The viewers of Spellbound Productions' and Walkwater Media's 'Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya' on Star Plus haven't seen their favourite Anupam Shyam aka Sajjan Singh onscreen off late.

Incidentally, there's a shocking reason behind his absence from the show. The popular actor, who has been missing from 'Pratigya' had actually taken a leave of 4 days and was supposed to resume shooting from 10 June 2012.

However, Anupam Shyam says that he is unaware about his come back on the show.
"I had taken a leave of four days and the production house told me that I would resume shooting from 10 June. But, unfortunately, I haven't received any call from the production house till date and I am unaware about my return on the show" confirms Anupam Shyam.
Anupam shyam, who essays the role of Thakur Sajjan Singh, is very popular among the masses and his character is one of the key characters on the 'Pratigya'.

The on-going track revolves around a murder mystery wherein Krishna ( Arhaan Behl), Sajjan Singh's son is accused of murder. But Sajjan Singh's unexpected absence has raised a lot of questions.
The veteran actor who has been an integral part of the show since day one is also upset and questions the way the production team works.

Anupam Shyam says, "There is no discipline on the sets. All the actors who are working on the show don't get holidays. Despite of giving ample dates, we often end up working extra days. We don't get leaves whether it is Diwali, Holi or any function, we just don't get off's. I respect the channel and that is the reason I give my 100 percent and I work without creating a fuss."
