Even I am not aware of law as such...but shakti remarried lawfully back then ..dunno how it will turn illegal now with kesar's return. As far as I know dunno how Shakti can go to jail on this basis. 😕

See, even I think this marriage is lawful. And you simply cannot declare it unlawful because Kesar is back to normal.
We know Kesar is no longer interested in Shakti. But I think Prats will guide her to take Samar with her and go back to TN (or SN?) because she'll want Samar to retain the rights to his inheritance. A stronger Kesar will fight with Meneka for her son's rights and Shakti will also be attracted to her again.
Kesar could ask for alimony, but I do not think she's really interested in the small token money he'll be giving her. Whatever she does will be to get her hands back on the big property, to return to SS.

No they didn't say that, but realistically, how long should Shakti have waited? You know, even in cases where a person goes to jail for a long time or a person goes missing for 5-7 yrs (I think?), the spouse is entitled to seek a divorce and get married again.
In Kesar's case, Shakti couldn't seek divorce even as Kesar was mentally incompetent to make decisions. He did wait around 5 years for her recovery, and there was not a fraction of improvement in her even after all the treatment. Shouldn't that be long enough?

I think Naiki is illegally married much like Arusia. They may have had a ceremony of marriage but when the first wife is alive and even if mentally unstable the Indian law requires KN get a divorce from her on those grounds before he married Naiki. It's considered criminal so that could be a threat Kesar can hold over his head. Or she gives Naiki and KN a false sense of security even as Prats may have or will continue to guide her. She may just claim she has a right to be there with Samar and stay there. Adda may be hard for him to be in, but the kid loves the open skies like his chachu watching birds during the day and stars at night. He knows about the saptarishi taron too.🤣

All Katra Naresh had to do was get the doctor to certify Kesar showed no improvement after even a year or two and then with that report he has grounds to get a divorce. Then he could have married Naiki. But they bypassed that route bec' they figured Kesar will never recover. But she did and Naiki is now going to realize KN was never "humra pati". Don't be surprised if she brings up SDS's promise that Kesar would live in TN only as Samar's mother and Naiki would be KN's wife. Naiki may even try to get preggies as KN promised their baby would inherit all SS's wealth and Kesar's presence may be a major threat to that. But KN only has eyes for Kesar now😉. Who would've thought the woman he called all kinds of insulting names is the one who's going to turn his head this time away from Pretty Woman. Lookout...Naiki's nautanki is going to reach sky high in coming weeks as she plots and finds herself outwitted by the refreshed Kesar who's come back on a mission to teach KN and his new wife a lesson they won't soon forget.👍🏼

she is the first wife of Kn...so she has all the right of a wife...now kn can't transfer property to meneka...and moreover she is the mother of a kn's child...that facts definatly give meneka sleepless night...

Naiki will turn on the nautanki full blast. After all she's counting on "humra pati" to give all his wealth to their yet to be conceived child. May turn out to be Naiki's pipe dream. With Kesar keeping an eye on her she may fell unsettled enough to make mistakes as she and her maa butt heads about who has the smarter plan. And Samar has to just tell Kesar about Naiki's threat to feed him to the black dog. Kesar won't spare Naiki after that. Men-ka rani's reign is over and in less than a month it appears she is about to be dethroned.😛

Don,t know abut law bt I think it was not illegal as if it was then pratigya surely hav protest it!!!

yes,,,naiki feel threaten by kesar's claim of kn' s wife...and in her insecurity she try to kill kesar...and caught red handed by pratigya and krishna... i think she put all the blame on kn...

As far as know KN didn't file any permission in court to remarry sighting the mental state of kesar….. t was only said verbally between family members ………… n more over KB didn't get divorce from kesar before marrying M…………… so as such KN-M marriage don't stand 😊
