I agree with you that some how Arushi is going to be a factor in K knowing the reason why P took the blame on her. Another option might be P with a high fever may unknowingly blurt the truth or her conversation with Arushi. The doctor will tell k that P needs to be in the hospital and P's family will come and K will verify it with Arushi and he will ask her why P did it and she will tell him . I hope Arushi doesn't tell the thakurs just K but it being a drama it is highly likely that the thakurs will come to know. They will still blame P.

I would rather this be between Kriya, but it being a drama the CV's will reveal the thakurs knowing. but they won't believe anything is wrong with K in their old way of thinking it is always the women at fault. We will be witnessing more taunts for Kriya.
