Iam worried too. but then why did they put krishna and prats first meeting music in the promo. i don;t get it. it is played when krishna asks dr is it confirmed. why??????

I dont think she's pregnant... it's simply not possible to conceive, and develop morning sickness all in a week. However, it all depends on how realistic the CVs want the show to be. Ideally they should have shown Prats preggy about 2-4 months after they decide to have a baby.
