The whole 20 mins was just spent on getting Kesar unconscious..but u will not be bored..The intense hatred, vileness in Shakthi's eyes..the love he has to show when he has to get Kesar to drink..and acting by KB when Kesar is beginning to feel the effects of drug is superb...

Don't shoot me, but I think KB outshone Jaswant. I thought Jaswant become monotonous towards the end and wanted the scene to end.
