Damn! I am always late for work

Because I am too busy reading this forum😛 LOL!

well, i get there on time (that is physically) but mentally i am not prepared since at times i am still in kriya land!
but then who is checking?

me, i am having this prob. always busy here so everything else is delayed and then i get 3-4 hrs sleep and have to go to work.

Good to know I am not the only one !!!!!!😆😆

you guys need to set a routine........ not good for you physically and mentally.........

Do something else for your past time...... (I know easier said then done) but seriously carisma.... get more sleep and exercise or whatver to take your mind of things.....

thanks sweetie. i sit here posting and then i do my business emails really late, then before going to bed i'm on the forum again from my phone, then sleep for a bit and go to work and during lucnch and break - back on the forum then aswell from ma phone. when i get home on the lap top all evening. ur right i need to do something else. but if am not doing this then watching akki instead. but i do make time to spend with ma hubby and son. but on my days off i go out with my hubby and loaf around with him .
