Red Alert - Scavenger on the hunt

WARNING: THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE MY SHORTEST POST IN WEEKS BUT I GUESS NOT 😕 PLEASE READ IT ANYWAYS😃

A totally repelling Tuesday episode but for a few minutes of sibling bonding between Komal and Krishna and Pratigya and Arushi. Katra Naresh, the scumbag in the family, drooled over his brother's saali. Krishna was still miffed and indifferent to Prats. Prats rejoiced at her sister's arrival. Komal tried to get Adarsh's attention but to no avail.

Katra Naresh tried to pull the wool over Kesar's eyes but she was on to her sicko husband's intentions for Arushi. He threatened her to stay in her room and rest lest her baby come in harm's way. Kesar didn't feel there was any need for Arushi to come and help them as there wasn't much work at the house with just a few people there.

Arushi hollered to her sister upon arrival at the Niwas. A lounging KN didn't waste any time ogling at the young Saxsena girl who had come over to stay and give her sister a helping hand for a few days. Komal and Adarsh had come along to drop Arushi at the Niwas. She inquired Krishna as to his well being and he hoped she was going to stay a few days with them. What a sweet brother-sister bonding! Awww! Baba missed his sister.😃 Komal asked Prats if she was taking good care of her brother which seemed to tick Baba off. Did it remind him of her mother's routine with him? Seems any reminder of Pratigya doing the dekh-baal screams Amma to him and not patni. Komal asked Prats to offer Arushi her room for the duration of her stay.

Kesar apologized for troubling Arushi to come and help Prats. KN drooled over Arushi the whole time and it seemed to go unnoticed by everyone but Kesar who gritted her teeth but did nothing avert the impending dire situation. Kesar, geez, why is she behaving like a paralyzed person. Kuch tho karo na? It's her favorite devrani's sister for heaven's sake. Stop that sorry excuse for a husband of yours now, lady! She called Arushi a bacchi, so shouldn't she think about her karma for staying silent and being an accomplice to a crime right under her nose. Komal decided to hang out at her maike for a few days which Prats and Krishna welcomed. But KN spoiled her plans reminding her she needed to get back to take care of her sasural. The sly fox was getting rid of any and every obstacle in his path to Arushi's room. Komal relented and left with Adarsh after he reminded Arushi to not be a nuisance to her hosts. Tall order, Adarsh babu! Ever since she went to the Saxsenas Komal is losing some of her fiery personality. How sad!

Once Komal left, Krishna not interested in small talk with the rest of the assembled family turned to return to his room when Arushi cleared her throat and stopped him. She told Krishna she knew he loved her sister, so she wouldn't play kabaab mei haddi. Yeah right! That twit! For all her motor mouth chatter, she still can't address Krishna with respect, can she? Such behoodi behavior. Ugh! Grrrrrrrrrrrr! Annoyed at Arushi's patar-patar and gritting his teeth, Krishna told Prats to share a room with her sister for the duration of her stay. For once Prats didn't take the offer with a beaming smile. Just a little jab from Baba for today. Her face fell at Krishna's rejection as he turned to head back to his room. KN continued to leer at Arushi as everyone went their ways and sniffed his fingers as he made his sick plans for the night.😡 Gross! What a vile man. UGH!

Prats announced that the Takurs were enjoying a home cooked meal straight from the kitchen of Chef Arushi. No that anyone cared! Definitely not Krishna who fed himself. Wonder if he is enjoying Prats's cooking today! KN invited Arushi to join them at the table. Kesar was disgusted but still not doing anything to stop KN's leery behavior. Even Krishna who was initally bored seemed uncomfortable when KN asked Arushi what she thought of Aman Mathur, the man who had proposed marriage to her. What's it to you dude? Back off! KN continued to stuff his face and lick his finger as he ogled at Arushi making the sisters very uncomfortable. Disgusting! Get a barf bag pronto! 👏👏👏👏 To the actor for a great performance!

Prats asked Arushi to ignore KN's words as the Takurs never seem to reflect on the feelings their words had on the listener. Was Prats hinting at her own hurt feelings at Krishna's recent rude rejection of her? I guess she may have forgotten how she spoke to her patidev all those months. What goes around comes around na?

Prats told her little sister she was seriously thrilled for her when she heard Aman had proposed to her.😃 He was a great guy so Mummy Papa has happily arranged Arushi's marriage to him. She regretted that her own marriage to Krishna had caused her family so much disgrace. Arushi negated Prats's reasoning and said their parents were happy with her marriage bec' they now knew how much Krishna loved her. Wait a minute! Which rock were the Saxsenas living under all this time that they didn't know Krishna was deeply in love with Prats? If nothing else,didn't Komal spell it out to them on a few occasions? Nainaji herself told Prats that Krishna loved her a lot, so did Prof. after the trial. I guess they had to see Krishna give up his life for a few minutes to prove his love for Prats so they could put their seal of approval on their marriage once and for all. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

KN entered the room interrupting the bonding of the Sax sisters. He informed Prats that Amma had called to remind Prats not to leave Krishna alone for the night. Like she would these days😉. Wanna bet? That vile man was spinning a tale out of thin air to get Prats away and Arushi alone for the night.😡

Back at the green house, Komal was restless to get her patidev's attention. But Adarsh was ignoring her and fully engrossed in his work. Wasn't Adarsh a bank clerk and not an IT guy? So what was he doing pouring over notes on the computer working into the wee hours of the morning?

Can Adarsh be any more clueless about Komal's obvious clues to him? She brought up Krishna and Prats's marriage finally getting back on the right track. She batted her eyes 😊and got animated talking about good times like in the movies but Adarsh seemed oblivious to her hints. He, however, took the time to say he thought Krishna and Prats would soon mend their fences and have a happy marriage. Bechari, just like Krishna baba she was referencing movies about pati-patni romance. Adarsh babu, what can we say? This dude can't pay attention to his wife and be present in his own life. His wife is giving him hints with loving gestures and he is popping her balloon every time. Dude, open your eyes and see your spunky wife before she decides to dump you, asks you to take a hike and demand a divorce on the grounds of gross negligence.

Adarsh's boss called and he left the room to take the call mentioning network problems leaving Komal feeling irritated with him. Komal's plans to get Adarsh's attention went tel lene.You were right on! Komal. Adarsh naam ki gaadi doesn't start and may not have petrol😆. Your analogies rock, girl.

KN groomed himself for a visit to Arushi's bedroom confident she was eagerly expecting him.😲What planet is this prowler in the night residing on? Who did he think he was Robert Redford?

Kesar warned KN that Arushi was an educated girl and she won't let him go through with his plans. She was concerned the consequences if Krishna found out about his plans for Arushi as well. KN shared his crazy theory with Kesar that educated or not every a girl was always after a man. Really? What a dimwit! I guess he hasn't heard about Prats shunning her patidev all these months. What a &%*#&%*#&^#! He threatened to yank Kesar's tongue off if she planned to breathe a word of his plans for Arushi to anyone.

Preview: KN is pacing outside after Arushi nervously locks her bedroom door. Arushi looks on as he appears in silhouette outside her door while he continues to pace like a prowler waiting for his prey. Then KN takes it one sleazy step further and decides to play peeing Tom peering through the keyhole to her bedroom. He sees a nervous Arushi sitting on the bed. Brrrrrrrrrrrr, Shudder, shudder shudder! A prowler is on the loose.

P.S.: Anyone else feel the need for a dip in the Sangam after watching this episode. One whole episode of Katra Naresh and his sleazy character was in full display. Bus, baat, katham!. I applaud myself for having the guts and wherewithal to post this thread today given who had a starring role for most of this episode. Phew!

Just had a thought!

What if KN is prowling outside Arushi's room, and is about to knock on the door or just did but hides after he sees Krishna pacing down the hallway unable to sleep and stay in bed with Prats. When Arushi opens the door and thinks it's Krishna who was pacing outside her door will she think the worst and scream bringing Prats to come to her help Will Prats think the worst of Krishna and blame him for scaring her sister or will she take Krishna's side and alleviate Arushi's fears?

KN scampers back to his but Krishna sees him and knows what he was up to. Will this open Krishna's eyes to Prats's innocence when Angad kidnapped her?
